At your consult appointment, we will discuss what you would like to work on in therapy and decide if we are a good match. At that time we will make an intake appointment. Friendly reminder, please make sure you are in a private place where you will not be interrupted and that you have a stable internet connection.

After the consult if you would like to work together, I will send you a link to access the client portal to complete your paperwork. Please complete your paperwork 48 hours prior to our appointment.

Rates and Insurance

  • Rates

    $140 Intake

    $125 individual session

  • Insurance

    I currently accept the following insurances.

    Medicare

    United Healthcare

    Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HMO

  • Payment

    I accept all major credit card and checks.

    I also accept FSA and HSA cards.

    Payment is due at the time of your session

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session. please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you may be charged for the session.

  • Using Insurance

    Please contact your insurance provider to learn more about your telehealth benefits, copay, and deductible.

  • Appointments

    Office hours are Tuesday - Thursday 8 am-4 pm.
