I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experience. I received a BA in Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.

I enjoy working with people interested in learning more about themselves and ready to make a change. I want to help you build a bridge from where you are today to where you want to be with skills and actionable steps to create a solid foundation.

My services are provided exclusively online in Louisiana. This approach allows you to have greater flexibility as you can receive therapy from the privacy of your home, office, or wherever you choose.
